By using the Alvéra Athletics website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site, and all information you provide at checkout must be accurate. Product details, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice. Preorder items are made to order and ship within the estimated timeframes provided.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspected fraud or incorrect information. All orders must be successfully paid for before they ship. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or production schedules. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as delivered.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected. Preorders may be cancelled for a refund before the item ships; after shipment, normal return rules apply.
