Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Standard US shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Preorders:

Preorder items ship during the estimated window listed on the product page. Dates are estimates and may shift slightly due to production or carrier delays. Orders containing preorder items will ship once all products are ready.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect information entered at checkout. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Alvéra Athletics is not responsible for loss or theft.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you.
