Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are allowed within 14 days, depending on availability. Returned items must meet the same condition requirements.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Banks may take 3–7 business days to process.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund before the item ships. After shipping, the standard return policy applies.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement.

Final sale items and gift cards.
